RadarMeet Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RadarMeet.
By creating an account or using RadarMeet, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Adults Only — 18+
RadarMeet is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old.
By creating an account or using RadarMeet, you represent that you are
at least 18 years of age.
You may not create an account for, impersonate, or knowingly assist
a person under 18 in using RadarMeet.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and
for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide
accurate information and not impersonate another person or create
accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
3. RadarMeet Is a Social Discovery Platform
RadarMeet provides tools that allow adults to discover, communicate
with, and potentially meet other users based on location, interests,
activities, and other information.
RadarMeet does not guarantee that any user is who they claim to be
and does not guarantee another user's identity, age, background,
intentions, truthfulness, safety, suitability, reliability, or
conduct.
4. Meeting Other Users and Assumption of Risk
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to communicate with,
meet, travel with, participate in activities with, or otherwise
interact with another RadarMeet user.
Any in-person meeting, event, activity, ride, trip, gathering, or
other interaction arranged through RadarMeet is voluntary and
undertaken at your own risk.
RadarMeet does not organize, supervise, monitor, control, or guarantee
meetings or activities between users unless a particular event is
expressly identified as an official RadarMeet event.
You should use reasonable precautions when meeting another person,
including meeting in a public place, telling someone you trust where
you are going, protecting personal and financial information,
arranging safe transportation when appropriate, and leaving any
situation that makes you uncomfortable.
5. User Responsibility and Personal Safety
You are responsible for your own decisions, communications, conduct,
safety precautions, and interactions while using RadarMeet.
RadarMeet is not a substitute for your own judgment, personal safety
precautions, law enforcement, or emergency services.
If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact
the appropriate emergency services.
6. Photos, Messages, and Content You Share
RadarMeet may allow users to send, receive, view, save, or download
photos, messages, and other content.
You are responsible for content you choose to send or share. You
should only send photos, messages, or other content that you have the
legal right to share and that you are comfortable allowing another
person to receive.
Once you share content with another user, RadarMeet cannot guarantee
that the recipient will not save, download, copy, screenshot, screen
record, reproduce, disclose, or redistribute that content.
By voluntarily sharing content with another user, you acknowledge
and accept the risk that the recipient may retain or redistribute
that content without your permission.
Think carefully before sending sensitive, personal, private, or
intimate information or images to another person.
7. Responsibility for Received Content
Users who receive photos, messages, or other content are responsible
for how they access, use, store, save, copy, or share that content.
Receiving content through RadarMeet does not automatically give you
ownership of that content or permission to publish, exploit,
distribute, threaten to distribute, or misuse it.
You must comply with applicable laws, the rights of other people,
and these Terms when handling content received through RadarMeet.
8. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use RadarMeet to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate,
exploit, scam, deceive, impersonate, or harm another person.
You may not send, request, upload, distribute, or use content that
is unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, fraudulent, threatening,
abusive, or that violates another person's privacy, intellectual
property, or other legal rights.
Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is
strictly prohibited. RadarMeet is an adults-only service.
9. Location Information and Location Risk
RadarMeet may use device location information to provide nearby
discovery and other location-based features.
RadarMeet is designed to show other users an approximate public
location rather than your exact GPS position. However, no
location-based technology can eliminate every privacy or safety risk.
You are responsible for deciding what additional location,
destination, workplace, residence, travel, or meeting information
you voluntarily disclose to another user.
10. Blocking, Reporting, and Moderation
RadarMeet may provide tools that allow users to block or report other
users. RadarMeet may review reports and may restrict features,
remove content where appropriate and technically possible, suspend
accounts, or terminate accounts.
RadarMeet does not guarantee that moderation tools will prevent every
instance of misconduct or that every report will result in account
removal.
11. Investigations and Legal Requests
RadarMeet may preserve or disclose information when reasonably
necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal process,
protect the rights or safety of users or others, investigate
suspected fraud or abuse, or enforce these Terms.
12. Premium Features and Payments
Certain RadarMeet features may require a paid Premium membership.
Pricing, billing terms, renewal information, cancellation options,
and applicable purchase terms will be presented before a paid
subscription is completed.
13. User-Generated Content
You remain responsible for content you create, upload, send, or
otherwise share through RadarMeet.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to share that
content and that your use of the content does not violate applicable
law or the rights of another person.
14. No Background-Check Guarantee
Unless RadarMeet expressly states otherwise for a particular
feature, you should not assume that RadarMeet has performed a
criminal background check, identity verification, employment
verification, or other investigation of another user.
15. Service Availability
RadarMeet may modify, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue
features or portions of the service.
RadarMeet does not guarantee that the service will always be
available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
16. Third-Party Services
RadarMeet may use or provide access to third-party services such as
maps, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting
providers, or other technology services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy
policies.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
RadarMeet may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate
these Terms, create safety or security risks, engage in fraudulent
or abusive activity, or misuse the service.
18. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that interacting with people you meet online involves
risks. These risks may include deception, harassment, theft, fraud,
unwanted contact, property damage, physical injury, or other harmful
conduct.
You voluntarily assume the risks associated with your decision to
communicate with or meet other users, participate in activities, or
share information or content, except to the extent that applicable
law provides otherwise.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RadarMeet and its
owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service
providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use
of the service.
This includes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, losses arising
from interactions between users, meetings or activities arranged
through RadarMeet, user-generated content, unauthorized saving or
redistribution of voluntarily shared content, location-based
features, third-party conduct, or service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such an
exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
RadarMeet may update these Terms as the service develops. When
appropriate, users may be notified of material changes through the
service or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of RadarMeet after updated Terms become effective
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by
applicable law.
21. Contact and Legal Information
Before RadarMeet is publicly launched, this section will identify
the legal entity operating RadarMeet and provide appropriate contact
information for legal, privacy, and support requests.

This Privacy Policy explains how RadarMeet may collect, use,
store, process, and disclose information when you use the
RadarMeet service.
By using RadarMeet, you acknowledge the practices described
in this Privacy Policy.
1. Adults Only
RadarMeet is intended only for adults who are at least
18 years old. RadarMeet is not intended for children or
minors under the age of 18.
2. Information You Provide
RadarMeet may collect information you voluntarily provide
when creating an account, editing your profile, communicating
with other users, purchasing services, contacting support,
or otherwise using RadarMeet.
This information may include your name, email address,
age, profile photo, biography, interests, activities,
account preferences, messages, photos, blocked-user
information, reports, and other information you choose
to provide.
3. Location Information
With your permission, RadarMeet may collect or process
location information from your device in order to provide
nearby discovery, distance calculations, city-based features,
Radar functionality, and other location-based services.
Device location information may include precise geographic
coordinates when provided by your browser, operating system,
or device.
RadarMeet is designed so that other users are shown an
approximate public location rather than your exact GPS
coordinates.
Your precise location may still be processed internally when
necessary to calculate distances, determine nearby results,
provide location-based features, prevent abuse, or operate
the service.
4. Location Privacy Is Not a Guarantee of Anonymity
Although RadarMeet is designed to avoid displaying your exact
GPS coordinates to other users, no location privacy system
can guarantee complete anonymity or eliminate every privacy
or safety risk.
Information you voluntarily provide in your profile,
messages, photos, activities, or conversations may allow
another person to infer your location or identity.
You should avoid sharing your home address, workplace,
routine, exact meeting location, or other sensitive location
information unless you are comfortable sharing it.
5. Messages and City Chat
RadarMeet may process and store private messages, City Chat
messages, and related information as necessary to provide
communication features.
Messages may also be processed when necessary for security,
abuse prevention, moderation, legal compliance, enforcement
of RadarMeet policies, or investigation of reported conduct.
You should not assume that information sent to another user
will remain private after that user receives it.
6. Photos and Other Shared Content
RadarMeet may allow users to upload, send, receive, view,
save, or download photos and other content.
Content you send to another user may be accessible to that
recipient and may be capable of being saved, downloaded,
copied, screenshotted, screen recorded, or otherwise retained
outside of RadarMeet.
RadarMeet cannot control what another user does with content
after that user has received or independently saved it.
You should only share photos, messages, or other information
that you are comfortable allowing another person to receive.
7. Profile Information Visible to Other Users
Certain information is intended to be visible to other
RadarMeet users as part of the social discovery experience.
Depending on your settings and RadarMeet features, this may
include your profile name, age, profile photo, biography,
interests, activities, online or activity status,
approximate location, approximate distance, and other
information you choose to make available.
8. Information Collected Automatically
RadarMeet may automatically collect technical and usage
information when you access or use the service.
This information may include IP address, browser type,
device type, operating system, language, referring pages,
access times, interactions with features, diagnostic
information, crash information, and security-related events.
9. Google Sign-In and Other Authentication Providers
RadarMeet may allow you to create or access an account using
third-party authentication services such as Google.
When you choose to use a third-party sign-in provider,
RadarMeet may receive information that the provider makes
available according to your permissions and the provider's
policies. This may include information such as your name,
email address, profile image, and account identifier.
RadarMeet does not receive your Google password from Google
Sign-In.
10. Cookies and Local Storage
RadarMeet may use cookies, browser local storage, session
storage, or similar technologies to maintain login sessions,
remember preferences, improve functionality, maintain
security, and provide service features.
Additional cookie disclosures or consent controls may be
provided where required by applicable law.
11. How We Use Information
RadarMeet may use information to create and maintain accounts,
provide nearby discovery, calculate distances, display
approximate locations, operate messaging and City Chat,
personalize profiles and results, provide Premium features,
process transactions, provide support, maintain security,
prevent fraud and abuse, enforce policies, and improve the
service.
12. Safety, Fraud Prevention, and Moderation
RadarMeet may use account, device, message, location,
activity, and other relevant information when reasonably
necessary to detect spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation,
abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or violations of
RadarMeet policies.
Information associated with reports or safety incidents may
be retained when reasonably necessary to investigate the
incident, protect users, prevent repeat abuse, enforce our
policies, or comply with legal obligations.
13. Blocking and Reports
RadarMeet may store information about users you block or
report so that blocking, safety, and moderation features
can function properly.
Blocking another user may prevent or restrict that person's
ability to locate, contact, or interact with you through
certain RadarMeet features.
14. Service Providers
RadarMeet may use third-party companies and service providers
to operate portions of the service.
These providers may include hosting providers, database
providers, mapping services, authentication providers,
payment processors, email providers, analytics providers,
security providers, and other technology vendors.
These providers may process information on RadarMeet's behalf
as necessary to provide their services.
15. Payments
If RadarMeet offers paid Premium memberships or other paid
services, payment information may be processed by a
third-party payment processor.
RadarMeet may receive transaction-related information such
as subscription status, payment status, transaction
identifiers, purchase history, or limited billing
information.
RadarMeet does not intend to directly store complete payment
card numbers when payments are handled by an authorized
third-party payment processor.
16. When Information May Be Disclosed
RadarMeet may disclose information to service providers as
necessary to operate the service and may disclose information
when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law,
legal process, court orders, or lawful government requests.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary
to investigate fraud or abuse, enforce RadarMeet policies,
protect the security of the service, or protect the rights,
property, or safety of RadarMeet, its users, or others.
17. Business Transfers
If RadarMeet is involved in a merger, acquisition,
reorganization, financing, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or
similar business transaction, information may be transferred
as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
18. Data Retention
RadarMeet may retain information for as long as reasonably
necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, preserve
safety and security, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes,
enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Different categories of information may be retained for
different periods depending on why the information was
collected and applicable legal requirements.
19. Account Deletion and Data Requests
RadarMeet intends to provide users with methods to request
deletion of their account and, where required by applicable
law, request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain
personal information.
Some information may be retained after an account deletion
request when reasonably necessary or legally permitted,
including information needed for fraud prevention, safety,
legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of
RadarMeet's agreements.
Content previously received, downloaded, copied, or saved by
another user may remain in that person's possession even
after your RadarMeet account or RadarMeet's copy of the
content is deleted.
20. Security
RadarMeet intends to use reasonable administrative,
technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect
personal information.
However, no website, application, database, network,
transmission method, or storage system can guarantee
absolute security.
21. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on available RadarMeet features, you may be able
to edit profile information, control location-related
settings, block users, manage account preferences, and
request account deletion.
You may also control certain browser or device permissions,
including location permissions, through your browser,
operating system, or device settings.
22. State and Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may
provide rights concerning your personal information,
including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain
information about certain uses or disclosures of personal
information.
RadarMeet will provide processes for exercising applicable
privacy rights before the service is publicly launched where
required by law.
23. Do Not Sell or Share
RadarMeet does not intend to sell users' precise GPS
coordinates to other RadarMeet users.
Before public launch, RadarMeet will evaluate its advertising,
analytics, and data practices and provide any notices,
opt-out mechanisms, or "Do Not Sell or Share" controls
required by applicable privacy laws.
24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
RadarMeet may update this Privacy Policy as the service,
technology, business practices, or legal requirements change.
When appropriate, users may be notified of material changes
through RadarMeet or by other reasonable means.
25. Contact Information
Before RadarMeet is publicly launched, this section will
identify the legal entity responsible for RadarMeet and
provide appropriate contact information for privacy,
account, legal, and support requests.
